Our History

Unisono was founded in 1999, and since our creation we have grown in every sense. We have evolved from being a contact center company to becoming a leading benchmark company in the sector of business solutions suppliers.

We were founded under the motivation and mission of assisting our partner companies to provide excellent service to their customers. Our goal now is to become the number one company in terms of customer experience and employee satisfaction.
